We give girls a platform to be anything they want to be — developing social skills, building confidence, making friends.
Football is the way in. What the girls take away is confidence: the nerve to try, to lead, to get it wrong and go again. We coach the player and the person.
More than a football club, we are a community. Parents on the sideline, siblings on the grass, coaches who know every player's name. Girls arrive for football and leave with friends.
We play with our chests out. Grassroots to greatness means taking every session seriously and having fun doing it, from a first touch at U7 to a full Saturday fixture at U14.
"She was too shy to join anything. Six months in she is captaining her team."
"The coaches know every girl by name. It feels like a family, not a waiting list."
"Wednesday night is the best night of her week, rain or not."
